Perdido Key is an unincorporated coastal community in Northwest Florida known for its breathtaking white-sand beaches and for being home to the world-famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar. Perdido Key sits right on the Alabama/Florida state line, with Orange Beach, Alabama being directly west of Perdido Key. Visitors come from all over the world to stay in Perdido Key and the surrounding area, and lately this little community has seen a good deal of growth. Many people come here, fall in love with the place, and choose to purchase a second home in one of the many Gulf-front condominiums or make an investment and rent their unit out for most of the year.

There are a number of family-friendly activities to do all over Perdido Key. Nearby Johnson Beach, part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, is an undeveloped area full of trails for visitors to explore. Perdido Key, as part as Escambia County, is close to a number of golf courses and is home to the popular Lost Key Golf Club. Additionally, the Flora-Bama hosts annual events with activities for the whole family during the day and a vibrant nightlife for adults at night. One event, the Mullet Toss, attracts thousands of people every year.

Sandy Key is one of the most popular Gulf-front condominiums in Perdido Key. Sandy Key is comprised of three towers next to the La Playa condominium, right on the Gulf of Mexico. Sandy Key is also within walking distance to Johnson Beach. Similar condos in the area include Indigo, Beach Colony, and Marseilles.
